This painting has many possible titles, but I have chosen to call it Night Tree Silhouettes. It reminds me of the silhouettes of trees against a dimming twilight sky. That is if you see the dark blue as form. However if you invert your perspective and consider the light blue as form, and the dark blue as cracks in the form, then this painting looks like cracking mud with deep dark blue crevices. I see these patterns everywhere.
